Anyone who appreciates good meat will love our grilled steak specialties: we prepare rump steaks and fillet steaks on our special steakhouse grill. Barbecuing temperatures of up to 800 ° C ensure that the surface of the steak closes with caramelization and the delicious meat juice and aromatic taste is preserved – whether you prefer your steak bloody, medium or well-done.
We only use premium beef that has matured for 21 days for grilled meat. Our high-quality beef is delivered from a species-appropriate husbandry and from sustainable and controlled processing origins.
